We left BZ to go to Dealer.com for economic and manufacturer reasons (4 of our 8 franchises have - or will have - their dealer websites with them). What a nightmare! We went back to BZ Results after 5 months of arguements, hassles and general displeasure! BZ Results has the most proactive and positive customer support group I have ever worked with. I have been in the car business for over 35 years and I have never had better service. We are currently in the process of redoing our website - and again the process is painless and valuable.

Very high fees. Oversold themselves and under delivered. Lead volume didn't increase, spending did!

This website generated a lot of leads for us. Did not like having to use a separate lead management tool than our existing CRM, and the monthly charges were very expensive compared to our current site.

We found that BZ was not doing anything to stay fresh with the current market.

Since they have FINALLY decided to host their own inventory management product, I can give a partial nod to BZ. You also have to give it to their new SEO/SEM management department. They're on the right track.
However, if you're an advanced IT/Web professional, this company will make you pull your hair out on a daily basis. Flashy web interfaces that get in the way of intuitive customer navigation, and less than stellar prices just make the situation worse.
Oh, and don't settle for anything less than their VIP support - or you're lost in a sea of morons in El Paso, who I swear, couldn't tie their own shoes.

The positive side of BZ Results is their contract... there is eventually an end to it.
The negative (largest) sides of BZ Results...
Their restriction to the contract.
Their unwillingness to change site structure.
Their angst to revise SEO practices.

Horrible.
From non-existent support (I called for nearly 2 weeks before someone would get back to me) to the search engine optimization. AWFUL. My dealership is a small dealership in a small town. There isn't another Chrysler dealer for many many miles. You'd think that with their "expert SEO team" when you google "my town here" Chrysler, we'd be on something BESIDES the 8th page.

I love the graphics and the styling. I also love how the menu slides down. Great support staff.

These folks are liars. I hate to say that but it's an accurate statement. Our traffic and leads cut to 1/2. Our organic listing went from 1-5 on the 1st page to on the 4th page in 1 month.

They suck!!!!! Most horrible company I have ever delt with and nobody knows what they are talking about!!!! Everyting is a pop up and how can you have everything as a pop up this day in age with internet shopping being the biggest theft of company time and most people shop at work. You cannot reach anyone there with ease if there is a problem and it usually takes days to fix! They are way too expensive too!!!! Do not use this product I am telling you take my advice!!!!!!!!!!

A former member of my management team signed us up with BZ almost 3 years ago. I have never really been happy with them but have made the best of a bad situation. The site looks as good as a template based site can look but, regardless of what they claim in their ads, they have yet to offer me a "100% fully customizable website". I have read complaints about their CRM tool but, while it is very dated and lacks certain functionality, it is simple to use and gets the job done. The inventory management control is by Homenet. Once again, not my favorite system but at least the support staff is helpful. Also an act of Congress to get any 3rd party tools incorporated into the site. I was able to get the KBB trade eval installed with little problem but Live Chat still doesn't work properly. When I called to ask why, they tried to sell me their Live Chat at 3x the price. When I asked why it was so much more expensive, they commented "because it works with BZ". Huh?! Makes sense from BZ's bottom line standpoint but no

Flash based websites. Looks good but search engines can't read flash which lowers the placement on search engines which is the key to successful web marketing. If they can't find your website, it doesn't matter how cool your site looks. BZ does offer their version of web placement which should not be needed if the sites were built with placement in mind. I guess its just a revenue generator for them.

Since purchased by ADP - BZ has gone downhill. We locked in a 5 year contract over 4 years ago. Then BZ was the best on the market and commanded a premium price. Now the competition has caught up with them and we have had no success renegotiating the contract, I am interested to see what happens when the contract expires. Overall good company - but WAY AVERPRICED!!!!

Too many issues with the system always resorts back to old information, slow follow up from BZ employees, lack of innovation and capabilities.
