We also have a showroom CRM product which is excellent as long as the Dealership wants to put the effort into building relationships with prospects via a centralized BDC. If you are looking for Deal Desking and Salesperson Based Followup this is not then DealerMine is no the option to go with. The reviews below are referring to our showroom product not our industry proven Service CRM product. However with our latest release we have extended what we do right in service into the showroom application.
