The Dealer E-process website is one of the best out there in the automotive industry, offering both streamlined control and a simple-to-use interface which allows our department to get the maximum bang for our buck. The Tech support that you get with the website goes above and beyond what I've experienced with other vendors, including Reynolds and Reynolds. The immense word of auto sales is not something to be caught off-guard in, and Dealer-E keeps us up to date with the newest packages and breakthroughs in technology so that we never miss a sale!

With several years as an Internet Manager this is the best product out there hands down. We have been through almost every vendor out there and our last vendor was Dealer.com which did us No Justice what so ever. Dealer E Process has created a website that is a lead generating monster. Since our Departure from Dealer.com our leads have more than doubled in a very short time. The backend of the website is very easy to manage. Every bit of info you need is all there. Been with Dealer e Process for over a year now. We are a large autogroup and always found it very difficult working with our older vendors Dealer.com and Dealeron. The customer service is outstanding at Dealer e Process. Its nice to know I can pick up the phone and not be "put through the system" of a large company when I need help. Dave Page and his staff has gotten us to the top of the search engines with their SEO and we are generating leads more than ever by blanketing the first page Google in Chicago for all the brands we sell. A job well done and a client for life.

I am beyond happy with Dealer e Process. We came from a Dealerskins website and its old outdated technology to an SEO lead generating machine. We were no where to be found online before they took over our site. The SEO report they send us monthly lets us know exactly where we stand on the keywords and phrases that mean somethingn to us.
Our site was done in 7 days start to finish.
The biggest thing I like is "I can make all the changes myself". When I had Dealerskins I had to call, and then wait a week to get something done.
Check out Dealer e Process out! I am very happy and will be adding their live chat product on soon. It will be cool to have live chat 365 days a year and they do the chatting for you. Very cool thumbs up!

"We at LaFontaine Automotive Group switched to Dealer e-Process after meeting with Dave Page and his team. They are not only very knowledgeable about what a Dealership needs to be successful online they are built by "Dealer People". We are very impressed with the style and functionality of all our sites and with tech companies that is usually where it ends. In my experience once you are active with this type of service the sales department goes away and the nightmare of the support department starts. Not at Dealer e-Process! They get it, they understand Dealerships are designed to sell cars not update and create web pages. The support staff at Dealer e-Process is second to none. Not only do they understand "Dealership Terms" they act FAST." We used to have Dealerskins and received no leads and zero SEO. This is all changed now as we have tons of leads through "our dealer websites"!

Not all websites are created equal! Dealer-e Process created a lead generating website for us that provides me with the hottest leads out there!
I don't have to spend as much on 3rd party leads because my own website pumps out high quality leads for me!My sales team goes nuts for our website leads because they know there is a high percentage of closing them.

Excellent Sites. Fast Turn Around. Custom Projects were completed quickly and Professionally. In the past I have used Dealeron for all of the sites in my dealer group, and have found since I switched my conversion ratios have dramatically increased. I am forced to pay for a Cobalt site by GM and it is horrible, and not optimized well for SEO. With Dealer E Process, I have complete control of my SEO through the backend and live vehicle inventory management including instant vehicle removal.

Dealer eProcess is a company that has worked with us to meet our compliance with BMW requirements. We are able to customize most areas on the website however there are some things that are generally used throughout their company for all websites. My only suggestion would be more customizable product options and innovative communication efforts from the support team.
