Any dealer big or small who would like to make it as an " internet dealer " in the 21st would be crazy not to talk to Rafi.
Out of sixty franchises I have consistenly been at the top in used car sales and gross, without a BDC. Our entire team is involved in the "Internet", and we improved 21% in 2009 over 2008 in Used Car sales!!!!!!!

I've been in the automobilie business for the last 27 years and I've been a co-owner for a large Ford Lincoln Mercury Mazda dealership for the last 14 years. Mr. Hamdi surprised me. I’ve spent 17 years in the business and 9 years learning the digital portion of it. Most trainers in Ecommerce tend to either tell us what we want to hear, or just tell us the same thing we’ve been hearing for 5 years.
Raffi Hamdi was quite different and has the credentials to back up his talk. After spending just a few hours with Raffi I was not only more educated in my position, but also highly motivated by his knowledge of online marketing and processes that go well beyond the standards we’ve all grown use to. A great experience that I think left all of our managers in a much better position for today’s market.
