We tried DOMINATOR during their first iteration (I believe it is now on their third go around). The statistics they provided did not corelate to the statistics on their own dealer.com web site. They used those inaccurate stats to try to convince us to increase our monthly spend. Most of the activity generated was off our own group name (not incremental sales off of competition). They did let us out of our contract after this was brought to their attention and it was at least three years ago - so maybe things have changed.

Thanks for your review... Yes! Things have dramatically changed. I would urge you to get in touch with your account manager to talk about TCD in it's current iteration. It's dramatically different than it was in 2006. The interface is completely different,it's proprietary now, the reporting is 100% transparent, the targeting is incredible, and the list goes on. I'm a new user to this product however so far I have found it to be a very flexible product. I'm into my third month so I'm still waying the results verus my old tool. Dealer.com is very proactive in assisting with goals for the program and is receptive to working with us on changes and strategies to reach our objectives.
