Mark Pollack is God as far as I am concerned. I couldn't imagine being a used car manager and not having a tool like vauto at my disposal. I used it every single day and absolutely love it!

This is the one vendor I could not do without. We have much better control of our inventory with vAuto. It is terrific for finding the right vehicles to purchase and how to price them.

We have used vAuto for over two years now. The #1 item is it's ease of use. It's easy to look at and when people use it they get it and are not intimidated by the product. This is a huge win as it has helped with the buy in of their product and of Dale's Velocity theory. #2 is their performance management approach. They are not a vendor who signs and next sees you when there is a bump or it is time to renew. They are in frequent contact with us and our performance manger is exactly that. He works with us to make sure we are striving to get the most out of their product. #3 The vAuto product continues to evolve and bring additional benefits to it's customers. I highly reccomend vAuto to anyone in the pre-owned automotive retail.
