Pros: Not bad product if you have no clue about PPC campaigns for Search, Display, and Remarketing (retargeting).
Cons: Because they manage your Google Account they really do not have a Good Mobile Marketing platform, which is important for stores like us that have over 50% of its visitors using mobile devices. As we grow on Mobile, all SEM / PPC providers that do not have a Better Mobile platform are just wasting our money on Google AdWords. We know this because Google can not control the Networks that are used by Cell phone providers and this is why they got into the Cell Phone business.
Pros: The product is well designed and works as described. However, anyone can create Adwords campaigns. What makes them unique is the team that manages the campaigns and brings intelligence to the automation.
Cons: The only thing I can think of is how they map out budgets across the campaigns to hit monthly spending goals. In order to not exceed a monthly budget spends are often aggressively ratcheted down near the end of the month so budget amounts are not exceeded. This leaves a window of thin coverage in SEM. However, this is partly a Google issue since you can assign a daily budget but it fluctuates a bit which can add up over a 30 day period.
Pros: As far as I know, this product is great. Our web traffic is up, and our spend is down.
Cons: I dont feel my account advocate knows we exist.
Pros: I switched to Showroom Logic earlier in the year and have been very impressed with the results. They come up in all the right searches, hit our spend, and drive good traffic. Good communication from them as well with a monthly phone call to recap every month.
Pros: They have an amazing skill set I've not truly seen w/ any other SEM/PPC company thus far. I won't give away their secrets - see the demo for yourself. I've used a dozen companies and most I wouldn't refer my competition to. Showroom Logic would be the exception.
Pros: Driving VDP Great customer service Above average click through
Cons: A bit pricey
Pros: Transparency, cost, and performance
Cons: Reporting on new platform
Pros: Great company to work with. I like the customer support I received from them and how easy it is to work with them on new ideas
Pros: My favorite part of this product is that our rep (Sarah Carter) understands it inside and out. She's not "just a sales hound" out to get us to sign up and then hand off to a faraway rep. She understands out business, actively participates in regular discussions about what's working and not working for us, and suggests changes along with helping get them executed. Although easily accessible by phone or email, she is at her best in one-on-one, frequent visits to the store. We feel AdLogic cares about our successes in business with their products. This product does everything they say it does. Specifically the dynamic used car ads and phone tracking are the most useful for us. Great results!
Cons: I can't think of anything else I'd want from an SEM vendor.
Pros: This is a great way to appear in SEM/Display for Used car terms applicable to Inventory you currently have on your lot. It's amazing how far a small budget can take you.
Cons: You have to be careful and set it up to suppress some cars or you'll be displaying your wholesale inventory. Set a price or # of photo requirement
