While the average American parent will spend over $100 on traditional school supply items, for many families this is an expense they simply can't afford. But, you can help! Host a school supply drive in your store and give back to the less fortunate children in your community. Encourage customers and prospects to join in and collect donated supplies in your sales and service departments. The initiative will without a doubt spark customer participation and drive traffic to your door. Follow these simple steps to make your Back to School Supply Drive a success: 1. Contact your local school district to determine the greatest supply need; this will help you when creating your supply list to hand out in the dealership. You can also post this information on your website with a description of the project. 2.
