"Paralysis by Analysis" This is a common problem when it comes to social media and internet marketing in general. If you are unsure on what, where or how let me give you some advice..."TRY" A/B testing is still popular; ask any "expert" and they will tell you the same. The thing is, the internet changes to quickly to keep up. Sometime sticking to simple business principals is the answer. Re-Inventing the wheel is never a great Idea. TRY taking a few tips from yourself 1. Social Media is exactly that Social: If every customer is worth $250,000 to a dealer according to popular book "Customers For Life" in his/her lifetime, don't you think you might want to be their friend? Ask them how there day is going? What there favourite movies are? What they want for X-mas? Engage with your customer! let them feel like they are part of a group! who knows they might even be worth $250,000 in a lifetime. BE SOCIAL!!!!! What do you have to lose? Results

You should be as social as possible with your customers. Let them know whats going on at your store/in your life/ in the news. Regardless if it is relevant to a sale it will solidify a relationship for future sales.
