Pros: I get a lot of leads from Cars.com. Some are missing info and I wish they were checked before coming to me to see it's missing name, number or some other important contact info. The ones with all the info are usually good leads with customers looking at my inventory. They can navigate the Cars.com website easily I think.
Cons: At this time I have no complaints.
Pros: I like that I get a lot of leads but that is about all I can say good about them.
Cons: I'm not super crazy for TrueCar because the people think from the info they get there that there is a wide margin in the price they can pay. I feel that is misleading because the price for cars has such a small profit it's not what TrueCar leads. The leads don't close as well as other sources I think because of this.
Pros: I like that the website allows the customer to send the info for the inventory they are interested in like price, color and options.
Cons: I don't like that there are a lot of leads but so many of them are bad with missing info like name, or number. I wish the leads would be checked before sending to me to have to go back for credit for.
Pros: I get a lot more leads for used cars than new and they are shoppers interested in buying but the new seem to be just lookers. The discount problem isn't on the used cars inventory, only the new. The special deals and discounts are able to be seen by customers.
Cons: I have no complaints about the used car leads.
Pros: This company is terrible the people don't even tell us that they have been on true car and then we get a bill for some customer we assumed that was lot or phone up
Cons: I would never have them if it were my decision the true dealer inventory mgt is way too much work for the return we get on it
Pros: Providing a quantity of lead. Easy pricing tool
Cons: Leads not filtered, get a lot more quantity over quality
Pros: TrueCar leads are good leads. We sell several a month from Truecar and have used them for a couple of years. They advertise pretty heavily so you really need to be there!
Cons: Every once in a while you will get a lead from another source & Truecar and you still have to pay if they purchase from you.
Pros: It drives us traffic.
Cons: The tool customers use makes it confusing about what what is actually available in the area. Customers think we are trying to cheat them.
