Pros: Excellent, reliable product. Very rarely find an issue with this product but when we do it is fixed immediately. No blame game, if there are other vendors involved they work with them to fix it. Our Account Manager takes calls on the weekend if we need anything, he is amazing. This is how it should be!!
Pros: I love vAuto! It allows me to plan, price and merchandise my used car inventories.

Pros: Fill appraisals online which is much easier than writing it all out. Decodes VIN number and automatically lists all options.

Pros: Lots of cool looking gadgets that look very nice. IF YOU WANT TO COMMIT 8 HOURS A DAY TO KEEP UP WITH THE PRODUCT ITS AWESOME...... AND MAY NOT SELL A SINGLE CAR BECAUSE OF IT. ITS GREAT FOR NEW CAR STORES WHO HAVE MONEY TO BURN.
Cons: I was promised when I signed up no set up fee. And when I called to ask about it, Corporate took months to tell me anything. Then basically your screwed. My performance manager called me difficult to get a hold of but get ahold of him at the time was like get a hold of the President. We haven't until date sold one single car because of Vauto. During the months in LIMBO. We didn't use the tool and the performance manager who gave up on talking to us all together. I THINK AND FEEL LIKE I WAS COMPLETELY RIPPED OFF.
Pros: Not only is the product above anything else in the industry, the support for the product and the team around it is above anything else in the industry. I hesitate recommending as the less real competition the better.
Pros: vAuto's product and support team (led by our performance manager Glenn Holley) have been a major player in our dealer groups success. We have grown our used car sales volume over the past 4 years by 115% to an estimated 7,000 units in 2014. Highly reccomended.

Pros: If you take the time and learn how to use vAuto it can save you a tremendous amount of time, effort and agony both in identifying opportunities and potential problems, but like any other tool, you have to learn how to use it. I'm 35 years in the car biz and in my opinion vAuto is the most significant and helpful product for managing (800 cars in our 7 dealer group) inventory, at every level, there is.
Cons: Tech support can take longer than it should but they are working on it.
