Pros: the drawers wont close after a few months

Cons: fees come a year later...you cant use unless you pay

Pros: Nice product to track keys.

Cons: We have had the key box for about 6 months now and from day one the machines drawer #5 has not worked. When we called 1Micro, they told us that drawer #5 was not under warranty because it was a used drawer. The machine was new to us and we had no idea that we bought parts that were used. 1Micro would not cover the labor nor did anyone ever come out to fix this for us. Good product without any support.

Pros: AMAZING KEY TRACK SYSTEM - Recommend to anyone that needs to keep track of there inventory

Cons: Kind of expensive - but we have them in 2 stores!
