Pros: Many of my customers (and myself too!) have used GMConnects.com to track a sold vehicle order from start to finish. I have heard MANY great comments from my customers. Just today (01/05/2012) I heard, 'Anna, my Camaro order went to '3400' today!!'. GMConnects.com adds to my customer's excitement while they await their car being built. I don't always have time to check all my customer's orders the minute I walk in the door and email them or call them with the update. This tool has saved me lots of time over the years and helped me keep my customers happy and satisfied. Thank you GMConnects.com!!

Cons: None that I can think of.

Pros: Great way to enable your customers to track their GM order. Takes alot of the "Where is my car" calls away from the salespeople. They send automatic emails w/ updates and cross selling parts and service too.
