"Don't go around saying the world owes you a living. The world owes you nothing it was here first.".  ~Mark Twain , Your ability to lead is greatly affected by your moral ethic and your work ethic. and your mental ethic.Accordingly,self discipline is an indespensible asset for individuals who want to be effective leaders.Regardless of what skills you posess, you will never be able to reach your potential as a leader/coach without this essential attribute.Skillfull leaders must have the ability to FOCUS. both personally and professionally. like "Keep your eye on the prize" attitude,.Of all the factors that you have to be demanding about , being focused should always remain at the top of the list. Self discipline is the bedrock foundation on which successfull leadership is built.
