Pros: The relationship with the company is amazing. They are always making great recommendations to improve our results. If you're looking for quality managed chat, this is a great place to look. I also like that they were willing to make adjustments and reference notes for many of the unique situations we come across in our market.
Cons: I really miss the newsletter they used to put together. I found it very informative and really was a good value add to the companies current and potential clients.
Pros: Support and lead convertion are great.
Cons: Little work to get all tools working and tied to Google analytics.
Pros: Gets the ball rolling and helps acquire leads from an avenue we wouldn't normally have access to.

Pros: They quickly respond to chats. They are able to schedule into Xtime.
Cons: Didn't always answer the customer's question right away. There is not a feature to chat with one of Active Engage's agents, you instead have to take over the chat. The dashboard is not very user friendly. It is difficult to find chats that have been closed. The data that is pushed to our CRM was all jumbled into one giant paragraph instead of separated out like a conversation.
Pros: I enjoy this software and the chat agents! They help a tremendous amount when the BDC employee(s) are tied up/assisting others, after hours, and just in general! Thanks for your help to make us succeed.
Cons: If I could change anything about this product, it would be the ability to have one agent assigned to our location and use their names with clients! :)
Pros: Easy set up, low maintenance. Facebook marketplace listing placement is easy, chat team very adept. They take great direction.
