Pros: I like the platform- it runs great and everything is easily accessible.
Cons: The support could be better.
Cons: CDK makes you buy the package and you really don't want some of the programs. It's like cable t.v. if you don't want Hallmark or some of those they still come in the package and somehow you are paying for it.
Pros: Like the easy way this works between departments, service, parts. Good support but would like real person rather than texting contact.
Pros: I have had a positive experience so far with this DMS. The customer support at Dealer Socket is pretty helpful to us. This is also easy to use.
Pros: They are making some changes that are helpful. It is a little bit of a struggle to have to have two websites for Cadillac and Buick GMC.
