Pros: We are locked into their product, other options are not as strong yet.
Cons: Support has gone down, they have cut staff since bought out. Switching right now is ominous.
Pros: Easy to learn and use, get and send estimates, contact customers and technicians. I love this system.
Pros: I love the product, it does everything we need, easy to use and train people on.
