Pros: They appeal to the masses but not the individual. Too big of a ship to make small turns. They don't listen nor make any changes that we request-our requests drop into a dark hole.
Cons: They need to step it up on requests we make to them. It is frustrating to take the time to send in requests and not get a response.

Pros: It is the best DMS out there. If their customer service was better I would score them much higher. It is a great DMS.
Pros: They are a good DMS with fewer glitches than in the past. Support is also better. The product has always been very good , other than a lot of clicks.
Pros: I like this platform and I like the navigation, easy. Works well for BDC and other departments.
