Pros: Our website is very easy to update, you can get a hold of customer service very easily which makes making our website exactly what we want very easy instead of having a uniform, same as every dealership site like some website providers out there.

Pros: The new responsive platform is horrible. Front end: our customers are audibly complaining about the site. On the admin side, CDK took what should have been simple and made something that is overly complex. I have already spent 15-plus hours learning the admin side. I sat through the same CDK workshop twice actually because it was so confusing. I also had a co-worker sit in on the same CDK workshop and he was just as confused --- between the two of us we have 18 years of experience working on and maintaining various websites like DealerTrack, Dealer.com, the original CDK base sites
Cons: Our CDK ProCare Advocate has always been great working with us. Without our ProCare Advocate, I would have nothing positive to say about CDK and their ill-conceived new responsive platform.
Pros: we've had them many years.. waiting for updates
