Pros: Even though this is a huge company, they take the time to talk to us and help with our issues.
Pros: Its a great process for changing things. Its easy to use.
Pros: Its alright.
Cons: Its not very user friendly to change things on the fly. Wish it was easier!
Pros: Their support group is the best.
Pros: We have several sites and this one wins for ease of use.
Pros: The website is easy to navigate and I like the customer support.
Pros: We keep hearing modernization is coming.
Cons: Overall design isn't good. Backend isn't easy.
Pros: The support team is good but their hands are tied too.
Cons: Difficult to use and notes doesn't work. We don't like the layout because it is choppy looking and the overall design is boring.
Pros: It is worth your while. Works best with our OEM. Everything is integrated.
Cons: The only product it doesn't integrate with is our DMS with Rey Rey. You have to buy additional tools that will integrate better.
Pros: CDK is a good vendor but they don't give us freedom to fix or change the site.
