Pros: The CRM itself works pretty well.
Cons: My frustrations with CDK are mainly that their customer support is not great, and they require third party verification. This is very frustrating! Causes a lot of headaches.
Pros: This system integrates very poorly with other software or programs. It is not bad in and of itself, but makes doing certain operations difficult.
Cons: I wish that they would open up to other platforms.
Pros: Awesome product. I like all of the various options for campaigning.
Cons: Sometimes it does too much, it can be a bit complicated.
Pros: This CRM is great, especially compared to others I have used.
Cons: I have used 8 different CRMs and this is by far the worst. They should stick with DMS and leave the CRM tools to companies that actually care to make a good product. Poor layout, reporting is terrible and email templates severely limited. I can't think of one feature that is even as good as any other CRM, much less better than any at anything.
Pros: Gets the job done. They are starting to improve the mobile version
Cons: CDK (ADP) CRM is outdated and in needs to be brought up to speed to contend with the other CRM products that are out there. The user interface on the main client is overwhelming for most salespeople and cluttered. They really need improvement in this area. Support can take awhile to get back to you when you have a problem.
Pros: I honestly have nothing good to say about the CDK CRM. Everything about it is counter-intuitive and not user friendly. It is not designed with an end user in mind.
Cons: I think most everything has been said in other reviews. The system is antiquated, important e-mail reporting metrics are missing. E-mail templates are extremely limited and for some reason CDK likes to throw its own code into the HTML. Phone support is bad to the point of being adversarial. We regularly have issues with leads not being delivered. Promised updates never appear.
Pros: Theoretically does everything you need
Cons: Terrible UX for sales and management No email metrics (open rates, etc.)

Pros: System is very responsive. No waiting for pages to load, do a search, etc. Email/chat support has improved slightly.
Cons: The name changed, but it's still ADP with terrible phone customer support. Custom reporting is a pain. Custom templates are limited to very small image files. Email campaigns are ridiculous to try and schedule. You don't know whether or not they actually went out. Reporting in general is very limited. Multiple leads from the same name, address or phone are problematic. Antiquated interface.
