Cons: I only ended up using them for a few months and dropped them out of extreme frustration. Here are the problems I encountered with this vendor: 1. They were only showing ads to people within 4 miles radius of the dealership 2. They could not customize ad text, they could only pull dynamically from our website 3. They were only doing ads for high funnel search terms such as make and model 4. They spent half of our monthly budget on our branded dealership keywords. 99% of the calls and clicks from these ads were for the Service Department, not sales. 5. ROI was nonexistent. They could not tell us how many vehicles we sold as a result of the ads. 6. They charge a 27% management fee which is far above the industry norm of 20%. 7. When I put in my cancellation notice, they dropped me without a word and didn't even show up for our scheduled monthly meeting. Take my word for it and steer far away from these guys. They don't care about their customers, they only care about making money.
