Pros: Great customer service. They do a great job overall.
Cons: There are some inconsistencies in terms of following up on reporting. As far as staying on the GM's if they don't show up for a meeting and following up. Just continue to push them on meetings to connect regularly.
Pros: They do a good job. Have done everything we have asked and has helped us sell cars. Customer service is great as well.
Pros: They have been great for us. We started last November and have successfully moved all of our stores over. They managed that transition really well. They are very proactive and stay on top of things well. Love that they are an SEM that is auto specific.

Pros: They are attentive to the account. Naveen is taking over as our account rep. They are great and always available when we need them.
Pros: I would give them six stars if I could. It is so important for us a large corporate auto group to talk strategy. We have ambitious goals and we like to pair with vendors who share the same vision. Appearance is more so a partner than a vendor. We have a conversation when we talk. having someone who can be a partner and seem like a team member makes a huge difference on outcome. They are quick to answer questions and will go above and beyond in that way.
Cons: Our only recommendation is that they would expand and add more products so we could use all of those as well!
Pros: They are consistent, they have great reports and are really quick to make any customizations or updates we need. Customer service is great, but we haven't needed them because we don't ever have issues.
