Lead Response Time
I work for a dealer group that has the salespeople act as BDC agents in the sense that they handle all incoming web leads. The problem I'm noticing is that response times are exceeding where we'd like them to be. In some instances leads aren't responded to for a couple hours and in some even rarer instances, not at all. I would love to hear processes other dealerships have implemented for that may reduce response time. Thanks!
