Pros: Very easy to use with simple ways to find info; great support staff.

Cons: Slow-moving from screen to screen, switching systems for this reason

Pros: Like any CRM, it's good to be able to track customers. It's got a good database with customer info and followups.

Cons: Not particularly great with organizing co-buyers; doesn't have the tools for it.
