Pros: Good platform that helped us sell cars
Cons: With 16 rooftops signed up and being one of their oldest clients, they raised our rates twice this year. When I showed that contractually they could not raise our rates...they canceled us. They also misrepresented that they were fully integrated with our CRM. They were not. Using a Chrome extension they scraped the customer file....this is far from an integration.
Cons: Not as professional as other similar products
Pros: Opportunity to potentially sell a previous client.
Cons: Advising consumers that you are calling from the Manufacturer. Totally disagree with this
Pros: Easy to use and find what you want and need.
Cons: Need to be able to get responses to Request for enhancements.
Pros: Has good quality leads source.
Cons: Too many duplicate leads with other lead suppliers
Pros: Great with reselling this customers they cant believe that we could get them out of there car at a better payment.

Pros: Light years ahead of the competition! AutoAlert is constantly improving and making advanced enhancements .. Ryan Strange is the best Client Care Advisor anyone could ask for!

Pros: I have benefited tremendously from the use of Auto Alert in the year and a half that I have employed it as a tool. While using it at the four dealerships for which I have worked, I have been able to much more easily ascertain which customers would be most likely to take advantage of the trade-up program. The way the program is structured allows me to filter the best possible leads, which saves me substantial time and effort and makes me much more successful and efficient. Because of Auto Alert, when I make an outbound call, I can be much more confident in how I present to the customer because I am have much more knowledge about the particular situation in front of me. One of the main reasons I have been able to be as productive as I have is because of Ryan Strange, who has essentially been my mentor from day one. He helped me learn all the details of the program and how to use it to the maximum benefit possible. Absent his leadership and knowledge, I would have lacked the skill to know which leads to target and how to approach each situation. Whether it was assisting me when my pipeline of leads dried up or pointing me to the best job for me after I moved back to Southern California or procuring interviews for me immediately after one of my jobs fell through, Ryan has been instrumental in my success with Auto Alert. Knowing I could call him up with any question, no matter how small or seemingly simple, has been invaluable to the prolific results others have come to expect from me. I would not have been able to help the companies I worked for nearly as much without Auto Alert and without Ryan.
Cons: There is nothing I could say is a Con with Auto Alert
Pros: Easily organizes all client databases to maximize your business opportunity. Get them out and into a newer car mor rfficiantly and an overall smoother experience. Great Tech support staff. Ryan Strange and his crew over there in Irvine are there to answer any and all questions for you.
Cons: constantly changing builds. Great tech support does make this up, as well as video training for your entire dealership.
Pros: All the information at your finger tips to alert customers of opportunites to move into a newer vehicle.
Cons: Not all customers that have multiple cars are listed as "multiple opportunities".
