Cons: We have found easier ways to contact past customers.
Pros: They are a great company and this tool is worth the price.
Cons: Support is sketchy. We are a small fish in a large pond and don't get much attention.
Pros: This can manipulate data multiple ways to optimize leads. This has been very helpful to have.
Cons: This can be overwhelming at times

Pros: It would be better if they let us to the contacting of customers. They do a good job of finding customers!

Pros: Integration into the DMS works great, ability to push "prospects" into the CRM is helpful and their phone and on-site training is super. Their pricing is fair and considering the potential for ROI this type of tool is super necessary.
Cons: AutoAlert is trying to get in the "full-circle" marketing realm against other companies like TVM. Instead of doing one, or two things great, they try to do it all. I think that hurts them. Retention seems to be an issue, as well, as the company morphs.
Pros: Auto alert helps our sales staff keep ahead of the game. Auto alert is great to help a customer know when they can get in a new vehicle and if their payments don't change or even get better!
