Pros: This program will scrub your data base and tell you how likely a previous customer is to be able to buy a car, if they have equity or if they are out of warranty, etc... it will then rank them based on the quality of the lead. We close a lot of deals directly because of this tool.
Pros: This program extracts great data, provides very useful information. Also provides an equity check.

Pros: Organizes and prioritizes your database. Helps you provide content for all of those follow up calls. With your Carfax/Autocheck integration - you have a better chance of having a good conversation (still has vehicle, still in state) then blind follow up. Search engine is robust enough to help you find just the right customer for every situation. We changed CRMs partly to be more at one with Auto Alert. Shawn Scott has really been a great guide for our store. I would be remiss if I missed mentioning Ed as my patron saint at headquarters. We started off simple upgrade calls and have been expanding into sales follow up to service declines and recalls.
Cons: For best results - some maintenance is required. Addresses are not automatically updated with post office. Emails do not have an indication of bouncing unless you watch the batch go through to flag problem files.
Pros: Easy to navigate dashboard, realistic numbers based on individual customers, multiple opportunity types, robust search feature, offers automatic campaigns, BDC support, CRM integration 2 different ways, plus an ROI guarantee. Many support resources for remote and in store training.
Cons: Makes you realize Data-mining is a BIG task if done correctly!
Pros: Good platform that helped us sell cars
Cons: With 16 rooftops signed up and being one of their oldest clients, they raised our rates twice this year. When I showed that contractually they could not raise our rates...they canceled us. They also misrepresented that they were fully integrated with our CRM. They were not. Using a Chrome extension they scraped the customer file....this is far from an integration.
