Pros: Integration into the DMS works great, ability to push "prospects" into the CRM is helpful and their phone and on-site training is super. Their pricing is fair and considering the potential for ROI this type of tool is super necessary.

Cons: AutoAlert is trying to get in the "full-circle" marketing realm against other companies like TVM. Instead of doing one, or two things great, they try to do it all. I think that hurts them. Retention seems to be an issue, as well, as the company morphs.

Auto alert is a great tool for staying in front of your customers needs!

Pros: Easy to use showcases opportunity without having to pay for outside marketing

Cons: Does not actively scrub data against dealers DMS system, creating duplicate entries, or erasing previous customer cars.

Pros: Shows you your lowest-hanging fruit - shows all the info needed in one convenient spot, allows you to log information, mark "no longer owned" and give you an awesome starting point with who to get in touch with!

Cons: No seamless integration with CRM - information in AutoAlert (trim level, payoff, lease miles) are OFTEN incorrect, making what you thought was a low-hanging fruit impossible to get done. Training leaves much to be desired.

Pros: Where to begin with this guy... Regional Performance Manager, Stephan Moritz from Auto Alert is all you need to remember. He has great knowledge of Auto Alert and can teach you everything you need to know. Just installed Pando Alert, amazing Service Drive opportunity.

Cons: He's ALWAYS at your dealership to follow up. Has too much PATIENCE. ALWAYS wants to teach you about new products and HELP you sell more cars.

Pros: Great tool for converting service customers. Maximizes gross profit on existing customer base, improves retention #'s. Avoid auctions and buy your cars from your service drive. Michael Collins was a huge asset in helping us set up and get results from our process.

Cons: Need to dedicate resources, specifically manpower and time. Be committed to letting it grow 90 days for results to shom. Dedicate a Manager and sales people to just this task and watch the department grow.
