Pros: Fully integrates with our CRM, excellent customer service, great training, they listen to our needs and make adjustments when necessary. Our rep Kiersten Skov is amazing!

Pros: Organizes and prioritizes your database. Helps you provide content for all of those follow up calls. With your Carfax/Autocheck integration - you have a better chance of having a good conversation (still has vehicle, still in state) then blind follow up. Happy Birthday AND have you thought of a new CR-V for yourself? Happy Birthday AND have you talked to anyone about ordering recall parts? Search engine is robust enough to help you find just the right customer for every situation. We changed CRMs partly to be more at one with Auto Alert. Shawn Scott has really been a great guide for our store. I would be remiss if I missed mentioning Ed as my patron saint at headquarters. We started off simple upgrade calls and have been expanding into sales follow up to service declines and recalls.

Cons: For best results - some maintenance is required. Addresses are not automatically updated with post office. Emails do not have an indication of bouncing unless you watch the batch go through to flag problem files.

Pros: Easy to navigate dashboard, realistic numbers based on individual customers, multiple opportunity types, robust search feature, offers automatic campaigns, BDC support, CRM integration 2 different ways, plus an ROI guarantee. Many support resources for remote and in store training.

Cons: Makes you realize Data-mining is a BIG task if done correctly!

Pros: Good platform that helped us sell cars

Cons: With 16 rooftops signed up and being one of their oldest clients, they raised our rates twice this year. When I showed that contractually they could not raise our rates...they canceled us. They also misrepresented that they were fully integrated with our CRM. They were not. Using a Chrome extension they scraped the customer file....this is far from an integration.

Needs more tools, specifically for marketing.

Pros: Great with reselling this customers they cant believe that we could get them out of there car at a better payment.

Cons: Mass emailing and adding a texting product
