Cons: Very bad reporting, slow to fix bugs, like to blame DMS for their mistakes

Pros: Its a very useful online scheduling and tracking tool.

Cons:

Pros: Their customer service is first-rate. They are always very responsive to any issues or questions that we have.

Cons: It doesn't alway work well with our DMS.
