Pros: Jessica Roberts has been the most helpful rep. I email her and she responds extremely promptly. Her follow up is incredible. She is there to help and answer any questions I have whenever I need help. I can call/email her on a Saturday or Sunday and she is there to help. I work with a ton of different reps
Pros: Pros: Nice that we have all the information at our finger tips.
Cons: Cons: Too many steps to make an appointment. Also it would be nice if we could use our company email to send and receive correspondence instead using XRM email. I think it confuses the customer.
Pros: My AutoLoop rep, Andy Smallcomb, handles all of my issues or concerns as they arise from time to time. He effectively resolves the issue and keeps following-up to ensure that we are running smoothly.

Cons: When the site goes down, there is nothing we can do about it and can't really work around it. It would be nice for them to integrate it with everything else. If I could dial the number right from the app, that would be really useful.

Pros: We use this CRM with three of our stores and have had great experience with their products! Jessica Roberts our account manager has been nothing but exceptional in both training and support. There have been many times when something came up and she would reply within minutes no matter what day of the week or hour of the day. She truly makes it simple to get the most out of what were paying for!

Pros: Recently I needed support for a new employee and Abigail Riley my XRM account manager made sure to follow up with me and rearrange her schedule to accommodate my request. The owner was so impressed for Abigail to come down on Presidents day that he approached her in the dealer to express how impressed he was of my customer service skills and I also told her how thankful I was . XRM is a great product that has great support and easy to use products help me to make the best selling environment for my staff .
