Pros: This is the first CRM I've used in the auto industry and it has been simple and fairly easy to use. I worked at a gym previously and we used something similar, but this seems even simpler!.
Pros: Support is amazing and the tool is flawless. Never a glitch or slowdown.
Cons: You get what you pay for. Its cheap and just okay.
Pros: Chat Help with Mario is amazing and Dickie Travinski is amazing. I love that you can see when customers open emails too and texting is great
Cons: Sometimes it takes a few attempts to get issues resolved
Pros: Product is easy to you, very efficient and really helps us follow-up with our customers. We have looked at other CRMs and none compare to this one! The technical support is hands down the best of any vendor we have across the board and our account manager is like no other. Dickie is in our stores every month, always available, follow-ups and gets any issues we have resolved in a timely, professional manor no matter how big or small - we love her and this product!

Pros: Dickie our account manager is great! If we are having issues she is quick to fix it. Jumps right on it! Mario is great for technical support! Knows the product like the back of his hand is wonderful to deal with.
Cons: Leads are randomly re-asigned even if one person is already working on it. Just a bad system.
Pros: Freedom to customize is wonderful. Many options are included that we had to pay for with other CRM Tools.
