Pros: It's been great in finding opportunities for my BDC by targeting service and sales customers. It is great at targeting the best potential for us and gathering all that information.
Pros: First off Laura Vaughan knows this product and can teach it in a way that is easy to understand. This is the best data mining product on the market. Worth every cent. The information that is provided on how to attack each customer is right in front of you. Makes it easy to overcome objections, find a car, and quote numbers.
Cons: It is minor, but it would be nice to see the vin on the car you pick from inventory instead of a generic model.
Pros: She goes above and beyond to help all of us in the dealership! She knows every aspect of Automotive Mastermind and is always available to answer all my questions. She has taught me so much and I have become more successful with the program.
Pros: Convenient, simple, easy to use, user friendly, lots of information at my fingertips. Our Dealer Relations Manager is always available to answer any questions we have and to assist new staff members! Always around to teach my team new word tracks, new and innovative ways to engage with our clients!
Cons: Our CRM does not integrate with Mastermind and which means we have to copy/paste notes which can be time consuming.
Pros: One of the most effective things you can equip your sales staff with. Michael Moses is instrumental in keeping us up to speed on everything we need to have more advantages than most. I highly recommend getting on board.

Pros: Great product in terms of ability to target potential customers for marketing and sales opportunities. Our account rep Elizabeth Kalaj has been a great help in teaching our staff the in's and out's of the program. Strong personal connection between the vendor and dealer, which cannot be said of all companies.
Cons: Does not fully integrate with our CRM yet. Heard it is in the works though.
Pros: Best platform available for getting the most out of the service lane. The Service conquest feature gives great detail to be able to upgrade service customers into a new car.
Cons: Waiting for Mastermind to build it's own CRM!
Pros: The software is structured so that vital info is easily accessed at just a glance. You can tell it was built by people that understand the needs of automotive sales professionals. Important and up-to-date information is available without having to spend time looking for it. It's easy to use and just makes sense. We appreciate the integration with our manufacturer details. CRM's should be built this way! Our rep, Mike Moses, is knowledgeable, friendly, empathetic to our needs, and readily available. If he doesn't know the answer (which he usually does) he finds out right away and never passes us off to someone else. You can tell he believes in his product and cares about the success of his accounts.
