Pros: Easy to navigate
Cons: Horribly disorganized. Client profiles are often attached to the incorrect salesperson, creating confusion for both the salespeople and the customers. Does not communicate with CRM (or at least the CRM we use) so you're spending twice as much time cross referencing masterminds with CRM to make sure you're not contacting someone unnecessarily. The idea behind this product is great, but because it's so poorly organized- it's mostly a time waster.
Pros: We have the process down of how to use this tool, and I am able to get assistance when needed.
Cons: I have to navigate multiple tabs for each product line as well as lease, cash and finance.
Pros: I believe in Mastermind more that our CRM. Mastermind simply gives us the data we need to sell cars, especially the fantastic Behavior Prediction Score. Automotive Mastermind especially helps us in service by allowing us to see who is visiting for the day, their predictive score, as well as their buying habits. Best of all, it’s simple to use (like crayons, no less!), which delights the sales staff. We all appreciate automotive Mastermind’s speed, simplicity and insight it offers. Pros: User friendly Strong Analytics Month after month ROI Outstanding field support
Cons: Beginning steps to integrate with CRM's-definitely needed!
Pros: Leasing pool. The best come in and there are scores so you know how well the car will sell in the beginning and its convenient.
Pros: Pretty cool system
Cons: First, my main gripe. When you cancel a product, that should be the end of it. You don't get charged, you don't use the program. Well, we did our end. Sent in cancellation, did not use the program, did not market. Got charged anyways. They will not pay us back despite the fact that the charges go through General Motors and are not controllable by the dealer. They know they're wrong and still choose to do the wrong thing. Way to burn a bridge! Would not go back to even if they fixed all of their issues. Second, the reason we left. Does not play nice with GM. Incredibly labor intensive process for rebates if you want them to be accurate. Also takes 3-4 days to get everything uploaded properly on their end. Has a separate dashboard for each franchise (we're Buick and GMC). Cannot swap customers between brands. Cannot do used vehicles except on-brand and can only show them going into new. We went to Auto Alert.
Cons: not receiving any emails for upcoming service appointments
Pros: Sometimes a customer needs to be added twice. Can be very time consuming.
Pros: EASY FOR BOTH ME AND THE CUSTOMER TO SEE WHAT THE BENEFITS ARE OF GETTING INTO A NEWER CAR. WHENEVER I HAVE SOME DOWNTIME I MINE THROUGH THIS THING AND WORK MY DEALS BEFORE I EVEN PICK UP THE PHONE. WHEN I DO CALL I HAVE A MUCH GREATER CHANCE OF SETTING AN APPOINTMENT WITH A CUSTOMER THAT I NOW HAVE CONTROL OVER. I CALLED THEM. I KNOW THE MILEAGE, THE INTEREST RATE , PAYMENT MAKE MODEL, CARFAX REPORT. I CAN CALCULATE BASED ON ALL THAT INFO AND ADJUST RATES ,PRICING ,MONEY DOWN, TERM ETC. I SOLD TWENTY FIVE CARS IN OCTOBER AND HALF OF THOSE STARTED WITH MASTERMIND AND ENDED IN GOOD GRO$$ DEALS. HAD A SLOW START TO NOVEMBER AND SOLD 6 CARS THE LAST TWO DAYS OUT OF THIS THING. ALL GOOD DEALS
Pros: Good predictability on the information. Great interface.
Cons: Does not integrate with our CRM. We have to do manual pulls on data and enter everything in. That is a pain.
