Pros: A good equity mining tool if you don't have access to anything better like AutoAlert (honest people, and a better product)
Cons: Your account manager may deceive you in order to roll your monthly agreement into an annual one. Furthermore, even though your sales rep may have been termed for questionable practices, this company's upper management may force you to honor the ill-gotten contract and back their terminated employee.. To make matters worse, even when you do the right thing as a dealer and pay out the bogus contract, they will NOT HONOR YOUR REQUEST to stop emailing your customers. So, to recap: Their rep lied, their managers backed up a liar, and the remaining staff either 1. Refuse to cease emailing your customers even when they have your money, or 2. The remaining staff is incompetent and can't figure out how to turn off their own machine, in turn, putting your legal department and your dealer's good name in jeopardy. You should also know that this issue has been going on for months, so "takes time for the system to update" is not a reason I'd accept for not ceasing communications.
Pros: We utilize automotiveMastermind everyday to drive customers to our dealership
Cons: The team at Crown began using automotiveMastermind® approximately four years ago, and it continues to be the dealership’s primary tool to manage prospects and increase loyalty. Brooks highlights its ability to score lease, cash, and retail finance customers who are likely to be in the market for a new vehicle based on data such as mileage, proximity to the end of the factory warranty, and even the customer’s typical vehicle trading cycle. The dealership has a dedicated sales manager who works one-on-one with sales representatives to maximize sales opportunities identified by the tool; a portion of this manager’s pay is based on increasing sales. The dealership’s pay plan for sales representatives is also incentivized for selling to repeat customers
Pros: It's unique in that it pinpoints information for targeting the customer base by collecting all possible lead sources together.
Cons:
Pros: It's been great in finding opportunities for my BDC by targeting service and sales customers. It is great at targeting the best potential for us and gathering all that information.
Cons:
Pros: First off Laura Vaughan knows this product and can teach it in a way that is easy to understand. This is the best data mining product on the market. Worth every cent. The information that is provided on how to attack each customer is right in front of you. Makes it easy to overcome objections, find a car, and quote numbers.
Cons: It is minor, but it would be nice to see the vin on the car you pick from inventory instead of a generic model.
Pros: She goes above and beyond to help all of us in the dealership! She knows every aspect of Automotive Mastermind and is always available to answer all my questions. She has taught me so much and I have become more successful with the program.
Cons: None
Pros: Convenient, simple, easy to use, user friendly, lots of information at my fingertips. Our Dealer Relations Manager is always available to answer any questions we have and to assist new staff members! Always around to teach my team new word tracks, new and innovative ways to engage with our clients!
Cons: Our CRM does not integrate with Mastermind and which means we have to copy/paste notes which can be time consuming.
Pros: One of the most effective things you can equip your sales staff with. Michael Moses is instrumental in keeping us up to speed on everything we need to have more advantages than most. I highly recommend getting on board.
Cons: None.....
Pros: Organized, clean and user friendly
Cons: Does not link up to CRM system
Pros: My sales team struggles with follow up. This basically takes care of that for him.
