Cons: my volume suffered in January 2017 as I decided to take a pause from the campaigns and my volume was down. so in a way my con is not a con at all ... Just keep the tool working!
Pros: All relevant information is at your finger tips. Great way to save time and execute more actions than traditional methods.
Cons: Like anything else, it takes some time to get people on board and comfortable. Very few people like change, but once we have client advisors comfortable with the product, we have had greater success.
Pros: Customer interaction/retention process thats as good for the client as it is for the center. Concise, accurate and influential for your internal departments throughout the center. On one screen you can see your future business and more importantly so can your staff.

Pros: The ability to quickly and simply lookup a client's current contract specifics and have a proposal ready at the same time is a lifesaver. Don't let your CRM allow customers to fall between the cracks!
