Pros: This is a program that a service manager cannot live without, it has saved me a ton of time. Backend is great for employees, easy to use and work with.
Cons: The way it populates fields is not very esthetically pleasing, kind of hard to look at from a customer standpoint.
Pros: It's fast. Best reporting in the business regarding use of product. They provide great support including additional training for customers, (consulting services).
Cons: Sometimes they push updates and they don't work well for a day or two, but they get right to fixing it.
