Pros: I originally didn't want to go with their mobile app, but I am now glad that I was out voted. I love their mobile app that they did for our Toyota store. It is very easy to use for both the customer and the dealership. Their support staff is fantastic too. From creating the app's content, to the launch, and the continued maintenance, working with the DME team has been delightful. I am confident that if things keep going so well with them that we will be getting their app for our other stores too.
Cons: I wish they would make the promotional items highlight the loyalty program more. It's a great "perk" of the app that seems to get lost in their launch materials. I also wish they would let us have more hands on access to editing specials/ banners on the app. My support person is great at getting new specials on and pulling old ones off the app quickly, but I like being able to be more hands on.
Pros: Strong Customer Service
Cons: Cannot pull reports without going to customer service.
Pros: Love the App - fully intergrates with DMS
Cons: Can not think of any - Lots of great stuff still to come in the App
