Pros: The techs and service advisors use this product quite a bit. It works well for them and the customer like it as well. Our rep Joel is really knowledge and we have great customer support.

Cons: I would like it if there was a option to click on green, yellow or red for air filters, instead of just "replace." Sometimes they don't need to be replaced right away.

Pros: we are fairly new, It will take a couple months to fully utilize this tool. We are still in progress of that. The service guys really like the product so far! It is easy for them to use it.

Pros: It works well for us, we use it daily. Information can easily be sent from the techs to the parts department to the advisors. The customer support is great. They fix problems right away.

Cons: We are still working out kinks. For some reason the front brakes are not listed first... the rear ones are. The reporting is cumbersome. There needs to be less info and simplified.

Pros: The techs really like that they can look up certain things and send it right over to the service or sales department. I really like the video feature that I can show to customers. It helps them understand what is going on with their vehicle.

Pros: I am over all very happy with the product, it is pretty easy to use, there is good customer support and I can call when I have questions.

Pros: I like how it looks, it works well for customers

Cons: This product does not integrate the best, and it is way too slow. They need to get that figured out because my service guys don't want to use it.
