Pros: They send me alerts. They track and record calls. Customer support is always there is help us!
Pros: It works good. You can listen to all the phone calls

Pros: Nobody passes the buck. Period. Support helps. Sales helps. They do as they state they will. They just perform. Period.
Pros: We just started with this product a month ago, but are impressed with the results. Helps be attend to the phone call results better and coach my team when I see areas that need improvement.
Pros: Since it has been a bit since I used them I can only remember how "on the spot" they were at letting us, the managers, know when a ball was dropped or a call was botched. Great product, overall.

Pros: Having them listen to the call and transcribe it for you saves your sales managers so much time! Being notified of the urgent matters and being able to report on phone activity is invaluable.
Cons: If I had to come up with a con it's the time it takes to receive the transcription but that's solely due to the time it takes to review the call and send it and not a complaint about the service.
