Pros: With every program or company, there is always something to be improved upon, however, CallRevu support and account managers are always willing to listen to feedback and do what they can to help. When I came aboard at my dealership, CallRevu training staff set aside time to train me on the product so I could utilize it to the its fullest potential. Our account manager is always attentive to our needs, and also sets aside time each month to go over the stats, providing some tips and feedback to help us improve any areas of opportunity. We have been provided with phone scripts for sales, service and reception so that we can best coach our team to excellence. By utilizing CallRevu, we are able to catch any opportunities that may fall through the cracks when it happens, which includes calling any abandoned calls so we aren’t missing anything. Pros: Everything runs really smoothly. I haven't had to address and concerns because we haven't had any. It was easy to learn. We mostly use it for email alerts and call subscriptions. They will let us know if there is any issues via email and all you need to do is click the link and it takes you straight there.
Cons: The only recommendation I have is when I am searching for a specific call. You have to take three or four steps to be able to find it. It would be great to have a easy overall search to make it easier and more straight forward.
Pros: They are awesome. Incredibly easy to work with and knowledgable. Each question we have asked is followed up by a quick response.

Pros: Two words: Tate Wagner. Tate is our rep and has made everything so easy. Theres a quick turnover on anything we need done. It was easy to learn and get started with. Overall we are very happy with them.

Pros: I am happy with CallRevu. I love the transcripts that we get with the calls. Its our way of catching poor phone calls faster and we can really capture one thing here or there that wasn't handled correctly, then use a manager to step in and help. We have a call once a month where we learn more and go through best practices and what we can do to improve our calls.

They utilize real people to overview the phone calls and lets us know if we need to have some managerial intervention to secure the deal. They also make sure the customer is happy after their purchase. From start to finish they are truly great.
