Pros: -Easy to setup/provision new lines. This is especially handy when it comes to tracking ROI from email campaigns. Even provisioning numbers for the sales consultants. -Very responsive with your concerns regarding "review" quality -Customize reporting subscriptions -Easily identify who handled the call
Cons: -I do wish that with our CRM integration that if you have reviewed the call in the CRM that it would count has having been "reviewed" -Offer the ability to have "off" hours so if you receive a call after-hours you'd a) know how many calls you receive after hours b) it would not count against your overall "answer rate."
Pros: This is the only tool that a dealership can use to ACTUALLY know what is going on and have real accountability. Anybody can say they made their follow up calls, this shows me that it happened. Great integration with our CRM.
Cons: None at all.

Pros: I like how I can toggle between different stores. It helps the BDC schedule multiple people at a time. Car Wars scores your calls so they can see what is or isn't working over the phone. Great phone system, the support is great and they reach out once a month.
Cons: The setup was a little convoluted, but that could have been on our part.
