Pros: Good in theory
Cons: They do not follow through and make many false promises. Does not integrate with VIN don't let them tell you it does.
Pros: Allows me to see how long each call was.

Cons: 1. super expensive. 2. the tracking is limited. The main store number can't be tracked. So we don;t have any of that data and they can't track any of it. 3. transcripts are weak.
