Pros: Get great leads. Not our best or the most, but they are decent.
Cons: 1. super expensive. 2. the tracking is limited. The main store number can't be tracked. So we don;t have any of that data and they can't track any of it. 3. transcripts are weak.
Cons: If you don't have a tech background this is so confusing. Without proper training you will be lost. So hard to add a salesman. Not easy to use at all
Cons: Lag of data feed. Poor transcription of calls. 24 hour or more lag in transcription updates
Pros: Works well with Elead1 and Auto/Mate. Together they make the perfect team to run a Dealership.

Pros: Great application, they just need to be better about fixing the bugs.
Cons: Not user friendly and half the time it doesn't work. We access it through Elead ad there are always errors. I will get a text saying I have a notification, but can't access it on my desktop so I feel like I am missing out on deals. They say that they will fix the errors and never get to it.
Pros: We never miss info and this is a great tool to gather the info!!
Pros: Tracking records is a great asset! Inexpensive too!
