Pros: Great to send to customers
Pros: Great! we really like CarFax.
Pros: Like the product but there are other providers, who are good that are half the price.
Cons: They are pricing themselves out of our dealership.
Cons: It was expensive. Got some good leads, but I am paying $500 for the carfax report and $500 for the market listings. Its hard to pay that and not get the money back in return.
Pros: Once they fixed the tech issue things were great.
Cons: No one knew that they had the wrong email for our CRM until a month ago. We were not getting any of the leads sourced by them.
Pros: We find good information about the customer.
Cons: Its expensive. If our market didn't like them so much, we wouldn't be using them.
Pros: Customers like having all the background info right there, they trust the information and the leads are generally good.
Pros: We get some very good leads through this source, customers can see everything right up front from posted history. Highly recommended.
Pros: It has been popular for new car sales.
