Pros: They are very easy to use and I have seen a lot of sales from their leads. Great product overall.
Pros: All of their leads have a lot of information and allow us to know the customer before contacting them. They also provide a lot of leads.

Cons: I don't like that the number of days my car has been in inventory is posted with my car info. It can sometimes cause the shopper to think something is wrong when sometimes it just takes time to sell.

Cons: When I send an email to a lead with CarGurus it goes thru their email souce and I'm not sure how I like that. I get the lead and I'm given about a week to make contact and if I can't reach them, after the lead is removed from me I don't know if I got a reply because the reply would go to the CarGurus email. I wish I had more time to reach the customer.
