Pros: The used car leads that CarGurus sends our way are often some of the most solid ones we get. They only provide us with an email, but we normally get a fast response.
Pros: We used to pay for a CarGurus subscription, we were paying $400 a month and got a good handful of very high quality leads. They raised our price to $1,200 so we canceled and they forced us off of the website for two months. I was very frustrated with them, now we are back on the site and receiving free leads and I don't think these are really any better or worse than the what we were paying for. Only difference is if you are not paying for the leads you only get an email to contact them.

Pros: We are a small dealership that sells primarily higher end cars. The leads we get from here are often very solid! One benefit of these leads is the customers have fairly realistic expectations and market value of the vehicle before they show up.
