Pros: The customer can just pick what they want with a lot of options available for different vehicles, they can do financing, accessories, etc. all on line!
Pros: It's a cool tool, easy to fill out for our customers and a no hassle sales experience, plus we still get the sale.
Pros: It's a great product, probably the future of our business will be a lot of doing a sale from start to finish on BuyNow.
Pros: allowed us to test the system , and answered all questions knowledgeable, patient, awesome teacher and presenter made sure everyone was set up and all questions answered

Pros: BuyNow is very helpful for customer being able to understand where they stand in payments before they inquire. Sold 4 vehicles myself last month on this tool in Nov '19 - Paul S is my account rep and provides us info on the tool
Pros: This gives people a lot of options and information regarding our inventory, financing, accessories, etc. Great thing to have. Saves customers a lot of time and they can play with the numbers before committing to a sale.
Pros: The customer information goes straight to my CRM so I can follow up with the customers in a timely manner. The BuyNow is a great feature to help the car buying process faster for the customer.
Cons: I have only had the issue with the Waterford leads, but it has seems to have been fixed
