Pros: This is the first time our Dealership is using CarNow and we absolutely love it! Simple to use and efficient! CarNow is accessible either from your desktop or in the palm of our hand at your convenience. It’s definitely increased our revenue and opens the door for even more opportunities . We’re able to handle more clients thru CarNow than we have ever been able to on phones. In addition to that, I think it’s really beneficial to be able to reference back to a conversation from hours or days ago. I think our clients really enjoy that interaction online when it’s convenient for them and just having help available 24/7.

Pros: Our BDC agents have the opportunity to not only chat with customers but to interact with them by sending over inventory, comparisons, reviews, and even forms for the customer to fill out before they physically come in to the store. CarNow has helped us achieve better lead conversions off of chat with all the features on Carnow it gives the customer a better experience. We’ve also seen an increase in sold conversion off of the car now leads from our previous chat provider. Carnow also allows us the opportunity to send out alerts when the customer on chat needs a managers attention this gives us the ability to answer the customer right away and ultimately give the best customer service experience we can provide.
Pros: It gives you alerts when a customer is researching a vehicle and if they are looking for service I can help them out give them information about the hours, vehicles, this program has amazing shortcuts that helps save time typing and searching for vehicle information and pictures. Also if you are busy you can just let the chat person answer it and they are really helpful in getting more customers.
