Pros: You get the feel you're talking to a real person, they can give as much dealership info and pricing info as you give/let them. They can tell you what managers are in what department, the schedule, pricing, and even comparison sheets on competitor vehicles.
Cons: Can't convert service leads to service leads thru our CRM.
