Car Research: The Way a CRM Should Be

Pros: There are a ton of different places where the sales professional or BDC can add copious of amounts of information on the customer, vehicle trade-in, previous purchases, service appointments and more. If you're a data junkie as most of us in the car biz are, there is definitely no shortage of reports that can be run with various bits of information and data. I am highly impressed by how much information can be obtained and how quickly it was to get acclimated to the interface. I would highly recommend this CRM for any dealership that is looking for a program that goes above and beyond.

Cons: First thing in the morning, our department did notice that the CRM tends to lag as it is catching up and doing updates from the evening before. There have been periods of time where the CRM tends to be very slow in loading and will occasionally time itself out. But with the awesome tech support, the user is able to quickly be connected with a supervisor via phone or chat, making tech bug fixes much less of a headache.

Pros: Very flexible. It can be used very simpler or with more intense features and functions. You can basically grow into it. It integrates with my phone system for tracking and it integrates well with the Dealertrack database.

Cons: Rep based client is limited at this moment; still very window-centric.

Pros: Was easy to use. User-friendly. The interface was smooth and I was never lost with anything.

Cons: I feel like I can do more with our new CRM instead of CAR-Research. Limited communication abilities with my customers.

Pros: I have access to everything. From customer database to customizing email templates and creating campaigns. For three years it has really worked out for us.

Pros: Watchdog Unsold Interviews Employees - great to work with and helpful Good Price

Cons: Too many to list. Stay Away. We have had successful CRMs, this is not a "dealer not buying in" problem, this is a CRM problem.
