Pros: We have used Cars.com for quite a while, they have helped us sell quite a few cars.

Cons: For what we pay these leads are just not quite worth it. Not very reliable info and tough customers.

Pros: Cars.com has been our most consistent lead provider. We do not get as many as others, but we can always bank on getting a handful of leads from them. Usually very reliable and solid guests.

Cons: Can be a bit pricy per lead, but well worth it.

Pros: Fairly good customer service.

Cons: We invested a fair amount of money into their advertisements over the years and never got the return we needed to justify the spending. Not many leads and not as high of quality compared to others.

Pros: We have used Cars.com for years, we have also paid for premium listings. In the past this was a great ROI.

Cons: For whatever reason we no longer receive enough leads from them, not sure if it is a local issue or not.
