Pros: It's a good product. It allows you customers to see the reviews for your dealership, people, etc. all in one location.
Cons: No problems at all.
Pros: easy to post reviews and respond to them
Cons: process of having clients to take the reviews
Pros: had great customer service so far. Thankfully no bad reviews to have to struggle with that. Overall have gotten us a lot more leads than our website.
Cons: Adding pictures could be updated to make it easier. Took longer than expected to get set up but once our listings started to go live it was fine.
Pros: Not a bad company,
Cons: just poor practices regarding reviews. No verification of reviewer's credibility, and no consideration of Dealer's input regarding false reviews. They would rather honor a bogus reviewer than the Dealers they serve.
Pros: Customers know the name
Cons: They will tell you what to write, when to write it and where. They dictate your disclaimers, and over mediate everything, not worth the high prices of their packages
Pros: It's thought is good.
Cons: Dealers in our area are already posting false reviews themselves. Yet another challange for the honest dealers. Our cars.com rep came out the other day, the only thing she did was drop off new review cards. Needless to say...I'm sick of the review process already.
Pros: People can see my reviews on line and it help me sell more cars. I had people tell me they have read them,it helps to sell more cars. They ask for you when they come in to the dealership.
Cons: No cons
