In September over 2,500 dealers participated in an annual survey where Contact At Once! car dealers were asked to report the number of sales their dealership generated from buyers who first contacted them via automotive chat. In the survey, 2/3 sold at least 2 additional cars per month. Of those, 50% said they sold 6+ additional cars over 10% reported selling 20+ additional cars per month with chat.
