Pros: Contact at once is great. It makes is easy and seamless to connect to my customers via chat and text, whether I am in the office or on my iPad or iPhone. Never have any problems. It's great!

Pros: - Great way to communicate with customers who do not wish to speak over the phone. - This application is fast and efficient. - The automatic responses are very helpful especially when you are in a hurry. - Your customer is ALWAYS taken care of regardless and that is such a comfort! - Such an easy way to communicate with customers and set up their appointments.
Cons: My only issue is that sometimes the application can be quite glitchy. Sometimes the messages will not send in a timley order and the customer will log off.
Pros: With the hectic life we live, having a platform like Contact At Once, helps us as a dealership assist customers with questions or concerns promptly and efficiently. It provides us with a way to start being personal with a customer and earn their business. I love the app, so I can help anyone at anytime!! I think it helps us as a whole to bring in more sells in this ever changing digital world.
