Pros: This chat is very user friendly and easy to learn. It is a great way to get in touch with customers interested in your product and to communicate with them in a way that is convenient for them.
Cons: The only con I can think of would be how easy it is to get rid of us. When you are on the phone it is a little simpler to keep the conversation going, but in chat they can disconnect and that is that. I guess that means we just need to work on our chatting skills!
Pros: The chat is very professional and low key on our site. It is very user friendly, has had a very good lead conversion rate.

Cons: responses must be quick or you will miss your customer. Spell check would be a great addition to this program!

Cons: The contacting was the problem, not sure if it didn't go well with our internet but finally gave up on them and had to switch, now we can easily contact customers.
