Cons: It seems that we don't get quality leads when we don't talk personally to the customer!
Pros: This is a good chat function, it will help pull info from guests on the internet and allow you to reach out and get them into the store.
Cons: We do not get many phone numbers through this, we mainly get email which is a bit frustrating.
Pros: Contact at once answers car.com and website leads that our BDC reps can't! They do a great job at getting customer contact info so we can follow up with them when available! They also have a great support team that's always available to answer my many questions!
Pros: This integrates through Autotrader, we use this platform and it sells us vehicles. Very simple to use!
Cons: I wish other lead providers would use this tool.

Pros: I have mixed feelings about it, for the customers side of it it comes through as a normal text message, which is easier than a call or email.
Cons: The problem here is that it is not dealer friendly. It is very difficult to use on our end, it does not send alerts or new info, so you won't get any notifications on new leads if they have chatted in before. Requires me to be very proactive in order to keep up with the system.
Pros: Easy to use, quick and effective way to interact with customers, great customer support
Pros: This works perfectly, and it ties in directly from our leads. Love it!
