Pros: It's nice if you are doing a chat on your desktop computer and you have to get and go outside you can continue the chat on your cell phone as well.

Pros: Love that I can chat and text with my customers either from my computer at work or easily through the app as well. Very helpful when you've stepped away from your desk but still wanting to answer customers in a timely manner.
