Pros: Contact at once is a perfect solution for the 4 Dealerships I over see. It allows my team to communicate with our clients the way that THEY want to be communicated with. Reid Traylor is highly recommended. I have had him as my rep for 2 different very successful groups. He ensures we are set up anywhere we can be Googlemybusiness, applebusinesschat, facebook. Pros: We are lucky to have an incredible Account Manager, Lisa Shechter who is fully engaged with making sure that we have success with Contact At Once. I am happy to see the product continuing to progress and look for ways to keep up with changes in technology and the way that customers shop.

Cons: I am hopeful for a more intuitive and advanced text feature.

Pros: very inexpensive tool, got my own rep who takes care of us so well. she lets my cry and whine and she always has a solution for us.

Cons: hmmm.....im actually really happy with contact at once. we have been with yall awhile. Its been great to be able to be apart of the growth and technology that contactatonce has succeeded in.
