Pros: This is a great system. i can talk to a customer quickly who is on our website .
Cons: I don't like rollover chat. The chat goes to a 3rd party and they do their best but they can't answer the questions.
Pros: I have only been using these guys for a little while, but so far they have been great. Have not had any issues.
Pros: This is a great option for chat. One of the really nice things about this is that cars.com and Edmunds both use Contact At Once! for their chat, so it ties in directly with our system.
Cons: Occasionally we get chats from blocked numbers, so we cannot use any of the information.
