Pros: It just works. Easy to integrate into the website. Has mobile friendly options for response. Support is super helpful and monthly reporting easy to understand and straight forward. It is exactly what you would want in chat provider.
Pros: It has really helped us stay in touch with customers we may not have heard from otherwise. They have a great online tool for dealer personal to learn and help each other grow.
Cons: They can't make my staff accept chats

Cons: Sometimes it cuts off the chat in the middle of speaking, and if you didn't get any info, then you are out of luck. People do not always start another chat. The reps do not always read what is required, so that is frustrating.

Cons: My only issue is that sometimes the application can be quite glitchy. Sometimes the messages will not send in a timley order and the customer will log off.
