Pros: We get most of our chats from COA. we like it for the most part.
Cons: The system kinks a bunch.
Pros: Not the best chat as we can't answer service chats
Cons: No way to distinguish between sales and service chats. We get mostly service chats and we don't have the information to answer the consumers questions. This is very frustrating for both the consumer and us

Cons: Most of the customers don't have contact info. We are fielding service chats, we don't do service here, we need to focus on sales. Wastes our time. Then the prospects that are interested in buying a car, don't have any contact information.
Pros: The older version was great. Update has issues.
Cons: With the new update we can't chat within the dealership to each other anymore. We like the older version more.
