Pros: Reid is a huge pro! He is our dealer advisor and is the BEST! Easy to use for us and the customers on our website. Anytime, real time professionals that are there to assit and capture customers even when we can't is invaluable! Customer support and product support is awesome!

Pros: Great chat platform when used properly. Their customer service for the dealer is great and the back-end tool is very easy to use.
Cons: The rep responses could be less automated. They need to have responses that let our customers know they are speaking to a real person who can actually assist them.
Pros: We found to turn it on when we are closed works best. otherwise, it is too difficult!
Cons: I can be waiting for calls and check my website and find they are taking the call. Sometimes I can be texting a customer and suddenly it's gone and they have taken over! It's hard because they don't understand what they are talking about!
