Pros: Not the best chat as we can't answer service chats

Cons: No way to distinguish between sales and service chats. We get mostly service chats and we don't have the information to answer the consumers questions. This is very frustrating for both the consumer and us

Pros: I use it all the time and it is ok

Cons: Could improve by being easier to send links and pics of cars through it. Can't copy and paste pics

Thanks for the suggestion; we'll pass it along! Are you using the new Connect web-based answering app? There are inventory integrations in there that allow you to filter through your inventory and click to send it in the conversation. And on the mobile app, you can take a picture and send directly that way.

Pros: Sends a pic of us on the opt in message. Pretty responsive.

Cons: Could be better. Not able to customize the opt in message. Don't get much engagement on the 3rd party website. Been having trouble with the mobile app-cannot use it. Not functioning right. Messages not coming through and keep getting an error.

Pros:

Cons: Most of the customers don't have contact info. We are fielding service chats, we don't do service here, we need to focus on sales. Wastes our time. Then the prospects that are interested in buying a car, don't have any contact information.

Pros: The older version was great. Update has issues.

Cons: With the new update we can't chat within the dealership to each other anymore. We like the older version more.
