Pros: We are lucky to have an incredible Account Manager, Lisa Shechter who is fully engaged with making sure that we have success with Contact At Once. I am happy to see the product continuing to progress and look for ways to keep up with changes in technology and the way that customers shop.
Cons: I am hopeful for a more intuitive and advanced text feature.
Pros: very inexpensive tool, got my own rep who takes care of us so well. she lets my cry and whine and she always has a solution for us.

Pros: We've been with CAO online chat for years and we do see a value in the program, understanding our clients aren't always so quick to call or come in. Chatting and texting is the future! Our Rep, Patrick Steeves is always available for us and is awesome with training, new hire, retraining and keeping us in the loop with all of the current updates. Back end tools are easy to access and the Sales Advisors like being able to use it virtually from anywhere - desktop and mobile.
Pros: Training was excellent, great program, we have more website traffic. I am very happy with it.

Pros: We thoroughly analyzed the primary automotive chat/text tools on the market and Contact At Once was clearly the best choice. It was reasonably priced, easiest to integrate with our website and 3rd party lead providers, and their support is outstanding, I've had a few different support reps over the 2 yrs we've had CAO, and they've all been accessible, patient and very helpful. Our current rep, Bianca Robinson, is outstanding. The tool is only as good as the process each dealership puts in place to field texts and chats and answer them in a timely (immediately!) fashion. But Contact At Once provides an easy platform, one that our BDC staff can easily learn, and there is easy integration with our CRM. Highly recommend Contact At Once!
Pros: Love our account manager Patrick Steeves. He checks in every month without fail. Always tries to keep us going in the right direction! Came to visit us. We've been on the platform for years.
