Pros: We call ours Greta. It will respond to leads and then send information. For the most part Greta does a good job and people respond to her. They think she is real and use her name when they call or come in.
Cons: Greta will set appointments or tell people to come in without notifying us and we are taken by surprise. We are working on this.
