Pros: very easy to integrate into CRM, great customer service, no wasted time in set-up, easy to track sales performance, easy tracking of lead sources

Pros: 1) Due to Conversica's technology "Katie" is able to engage customers that do not read/see our CRM email to them. 2) Relevant low pressure tactics confirm email/phone numbers, and get correct phone numbers when a lead omits a number or gives a fake number. 3) People give information not revealed in the original lead that helps close an appointment. 4) Awesome Account Managers ans support staff. Account Managers stay in contact with us to help us best utilize our VA platform, and discuss new features and ideas.

Pros: -Increases engagement with online leads. -Collects extra contact information. -Collects lead perceptions.
Cons: -It's a shame dealerships can't do this for themselves.
